Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are generally non-refundable.
Initial deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
If a project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
If a client is not satisfied, we will work to resolve the issue through revisions based on the agreed scope.
